Our upper level bed/sitting room opens onto a sunny deck, ideal for evening sundowners. Hikes and walking tracks nearby. A short Ferry ride to Whitianga with cafes restaurants and bars. Purangi Golf Course 500 meters away. To explore the Purangi River Estuary in a kayak you can launch directly from the property.

Two bedroom typical kiwi Bach with 180 degree sea views. Located just 100 metres from the famous hot water beach. Small rustic style Bach with expansive two level deck that makes the most of outdoor living, with furniture, umbrellas and a BBQ. One bedroom has queen sized bed with amazing sea views and second bedroom has a set of single bunks. Ideally suits 3 people but can accommodate 4. The kitchen is small but functional with a standard sized fridge/freezer, camp oven, air fryer & microwave.

Located at the Purangi river end of beautiful Cooks Beach our refurbished unit is ideally located for rest and relaxation. Or if you prefer a more active break we provide a double kayak, (including life jackets) and paddle boards, and can suggest beautiful areas for walking. The property backs onto a reserve with space for parking so please enquire if you would like to bring your boat. Safe swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding are within view and only a 2 minute walk away.

Overlooking farmland and Hot Water Beach, you can enjoy the view from the comfort of your bed. You'll be close enough to the beach to hear the waves crashing and even hear kiwi in the nearby bush. Please note that our studio is approximately 1.5 kms from the beach.
