Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

Inside, on the ground floor, you will find a modern 75 m² apartment, fully renovated in 2015, as well as an approx. 20 m² terrace. This unique accommodation combines the charm of a historic farmhouse with a modern interior.

The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. We are in close proximity to nature but also to the sights. Supermarkets and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Public transport is right in front of the house.

Apartment Nowotschin

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.
