The suite is insulated with double-glazed windows; light and airy; and has it's own level entrance. There is solid concrete between the basement and our residence above, making for a quiet space. We are close to the Waikato University, Hamilton Gardens, Ruakura Inland Port and Waikato Innovation Centre; and an easy drive to the airport, Mystery Creek and Waikato Hospital.
