Walk to Southern Cross Hospital and City Centre. 5 minutes to Waikato Hospital and Claudelands Showgrounds. The entire inside of the unit is private; there is no shared bathroom or kitchen. We have a shared driveway and pathway to the unit. 2 person maximum. Great river walk and park across the road.

Fully insulated and double-glazed, with a heat pump/air conditioning unit to ensure year round comfort.

Located on a quiet street close to Rototuna Village, this guest suite is perfect for singles, couples and business travellers. Please note no kitchen or cooking facilities, however, there is a fridge and microwave.
