Home Away From Home is 850 square feet, 2 bedrooms w/ full kitchen, bath, laundry, newly done. We are close to beautiful views, and nice restaurants.Cazenovia Lake has parks, boating and swimming. Close to down hill and cross country skiing, The links walking trails, winery, brewery , distiller. Colleges include Cazenovia, Morrisville, and Colgate, and only 25 miles to Syracuse University. Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and even small families will find solace here. Welcome!

The Barn on Evergreen Farm

Beautifully decorated, newly renovated second floor loft apartment above a spacious barn offers an ideal get away for those inclined towards a true farm experience without the need to sacrifice modern amenities or travel great distances. Located in historic Clinton, 3 miles from Hamilton College, and 21 miles from Colgate University. Due to COVID-19 we are leaving 2-3 days between stays for cleaning. There is a 2 night min. for groups of 3 or 4, and limits on guests from multiple households.

We’re 3 miles outside Franklin, 15 minutes from Walton NY and 30 minutes from the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY.

Newly renovated family home located in the smallest (& quietest) town in upstate NY. 15 minutes from Colgate University and a short drive to Cooperstown, the Hall of Fame, Dreams Park and All-Star Village! Open concept first floor with custom bar top, great for gathering and entertaining. Sleeps 6 comfortably (2 queens, 1 double) and can sleep an additional 2 guests on the pull out couch. A 5 minute walk brings you to Chittenango Falls Park, with its majestic waterfall and lots of trails. The property is bordered by a ravine on one side and a NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line on the other. The historic Village of Cazenovia is 4 miles away
