Friendly miniature horses just 200 feet away that children love to visit. Applecart Farm is happy to have guests of diverse backgrounds and interests. Our Goose Point Getaway is a one bedroom apartment located in the lower level of our home. Completely private with its own entrance and no shared space with the owners. You can see a peek of Spruce Creek (a tidal inlet) from the bedroom window and deck. The space has been designed to offer a relaxed, comfortable get away experience. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood which loops around Spruce Creek.

Cozy Cabin with hot tub, walk to beach, rock cove

Guest cabin in a private setting down a private road with short walk to Cape Neddick Beach and a secluded pebble beach. Guests have exclusive use of the firepit, outdoor sitting area and hot tub. The cozy and rustic post and beam cabin has two levels with a ladder to the loft level. Private and romantic for a couple, fun for a couple and one or two kids or just two adults.
