A self contained, beautifully presented annex featuring a lounge/kitchen & flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 4 guests (2 single beds with a 3rd pullout bed upstairs and a single guest bed downstairs). There is limited headroom in places. Set in gated grounds with a pond & lawns, guests can use a fire pit, BBQ, outside pool table and seating areas. Ample parking.

A light, spacious house near Balsall Common and Hampton-in-Arden in Solihull. The house has 3 large reception rooms and a fully equipped kitchen diner. It sleeps up to 15 people in 7 bedrooms, two of which can either be a king or 2 singles. Comfortable bedrooms all have en-suites, hotel standard bedding, towels and smart TVs. A very large, electric gated driveway for 10+ cars, Wi-fi and is perfect for large families, or groups to stay comfortably. We have recently added a games/movie room!

Situated in a rural part of Solihull lies the small but idyllic village of Barston. 10 minute drive to both Solihull Town Centre & NEC/Birmingham Airport & Birmingham International train station. Numerous walking routes, National Trust & historic points of interest in close proximity. The Boat House is a self contained annex, complete with entrance hall, en-suite bathroom, upstairs bedroom & sitting area. Airport shuttle & on site parking available. Space for cot.
