Located across the street from a community pool. Restaurants, cafes, and shops in town are a short drive away. You'll need to have a car. Uber or Lyft access as well. Master bedroom downstairs has queen bed with a walk in shower. Upstairs has two bedrooms and a loft. A king, queen and pull out sofa in loft.

Finished Room over Garage in historic Charleston, SC, is a cozy and beautiful living space with a full bath and kitchen, as well as a washer/dryer. Conveniently located in Smythe Park, just a mile away from downtown Daniel Island with shops and grocery store (Publix). Approximately 20 - 25 minutes from downtown Charleston. Accessibility limitations: this space requires walking 16 steps to access, and there is not a grab bar in the bath. No pets, smoking, or partying please. Permit #00711

The Cottage for Two

The Cottage was built in the late 1930's for a local church and was used as a Sunday school room, for receptions, etc.. In 2004 we relocated the Hut, as it was once called, to this site and restored it to it's existing condition, staying with it's late 30's roots. It and main house sets on 5 beautifully landscaped acres and is located only 7 minutes from historic downtown Summerville. Please note that this is NOT INTENDED AS A VENUE and is a SHARED POOL, not exclusive to the pool house guest.

My Happy Place

This is a charming cottage with a pool and large outdoor area. It is located 3 minutes to both I26 and 526, a 10 minute drive to downtown Charleston and walking distance to North Charleston’s trendy, fun area. The Credit One Stadium on Daniel Island is a 10 minute drive, the Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island 15 minutes and North Charleston Colliseum 5 minutes. It is easy to get to all these places and there are many fun things to do in the Charleston/North Charleston/Daniel Island areas.

Outdoor veranda space includes a swimming pool , outdoor kitchen (microwave,fridge , gas cook top,Keurig (with coffee),toaster, gas fireplace, and large screen Smart TV. The pool is shared with the owners but guests are given privacy. 14 miles to airport 10 miles to downtown Beaches-Kiawah-23 miles. Folly Beach-19 miles.

The airport, beach, downtown, golf courses, & concert venues are all approx. 20 min away. After enjoying Charleston's restaurants, tours, shops, beaches, golf, & entertainment, relax at The Oasis w/ 3 Roku TVs (70", 43", 43"). Drift off to dreams w/ King, Queen, Twin Loft, & Queen Sleeper Sofa options. Also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen. There is pool access in warmer weather.
