The 65m2 recently renovated flat is located in a quiet block of flats nearby the center of Chanioti and just few metres from the beach, with a perfect seaview. It is suitable for families. This cute house is located next to the sea, in the center of Chanioti. The residential complex to which it belongs faces the central square of the village and has direct access on foot to the sea and to all shops, such as supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, etc. Although it is located in such a central spot, it is quiet because the complex has an internal garden with a view of the sea, where the bedroom of the accommodation faces. There is also a shared shower in the garden
