A Luxury Villa with private pool in Chanioti-Chalkidiki. The swimming pool is heated, has salt water and is private only for our house. On the second floor you have astonishing view of the sea and the mountain Sithonia as well as wonderful nature with olive trees. The village Chanioti (Hanioti) and the wonderful sea and beaches is a 10 minutes walk away or about 900 meters within beatiful nature. Another 400 meters to the beach. Also possible to walk/cycle in the mountains and by the sea.

To Σπίτι των ανέμων απέχει 4' από την παραλία, προσφέρει περιφραγμένο κήπο, free wi-fi, 24 ώρες ζεστό νερό, smart tv, κλιματισμό και parking. It has a ground floor with 4 single beds and a bathroom , a first floor with a sitting room and a kitchen and a second floor with 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. There are balconies in the second and the first floor.
