'The Little House' ( my grandson's name for it it) is a hidden gem, tucked away in the centre of the lovely village of Stock. It is a detached, converted small barn with its own entrance, key box and allocated parking space in front. You'll find this accommodation light and airy and very private, decorated with a sailing theme throughout. There are two village shops (with late opening hours) , a hairdresser and beauty salon, four pubs and a cafe within less than five minutes walk.

The Pickers' Lodge

Based on the outskirts of Chelmsford this unique cabin sits on a working fruit farm. It offers a peaceful setting to work from or relax in which overlooks a small plum orchard. West Hanningield is a quiet village located 5 miles away from Chelmsford City centre. Ideal for walkers as being roughly midway on The St Peters Way which runs from Chipping Ongar to Bradwell on Sea. There are lots of smaller footpaths to enjoy locally too. There is a local pub within walking distance. The coach house is ideal for people attending events at local venues such as Crondon Park & Greenwoods in nearby Stock.
