Eldridge -Little Brick House- Circa 1889

Eldridge -Little Brick House- is my home but now the guest suite allows you to enjoy the charm of this special space. This beautiful little cottage was built in 1889 by bricklayer Albert Egbert Eldridge. Enjoy the gorgeous rustic brick interior complimented by beautiful modern conveniences. Centrally located to inner Toowoomba. Eldridge has had a renovation to make a cosy, comfortable completely private guest space. There are four steps up to the verandah to allow access to the guest suite.

Situated on a 40 acre property nestled at the base of a hill, the cabin delivers stunning views looking over the Lockyer Valley and onto the hills of Lockyer National Park. The cabin is set 100 metres away from the main house providing privacy plus easy road access & convenient parking right at the door. The side by side cabin is joined by a deck where you can enjoy the view and the incredible sunrises/sunsets whilst watching the wallabies graze. On the property is a horse and cattle.

Located in the centre of Toowoomba's CBD, our apartment is in walking distance to Toowoomba's thriving nightlife, as well as public amenities such as the Grand Central shopping centre, Queens Park, Toowoomba Library and many others. The cottage reopens from November 2024 Dear guests, you have the whole cottage and front yard available to use, we also have the main building and studio which is at the back of cottage but separate entrance. You can only notice us living at the rear property occasionally while we use the driveway. We will give you the most privacy but one minute away for help when you need us. This renovated historic charm cottage is only a walking distance to Queens Park. Stylish and welcome!
