PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

It is ideally located for visits to Cambridge, Addenbrooke's, Newmarket etc. Please note we are not within walking distance of Cambridge but it is easily accessible by car, taxi, Uber or bike!

Our basement studio flat is a completely private space and fully self-contained. Easy access to Stansted Airport, London & Cambridge. Self check-in and check-out to ensure the safety of our guests along with following the necessary cleanliness before and after each stay: • Use of cleaning chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus. • Linens and towels washed in accordance with Government guidelines. • Guest accommodation is disinfected between stays. Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided.
