South Room

South Room is light & spacious with the view. Sleeps 4: king bed (or twin singles), a third single bed & a fourth single in the annexe. Bathroom en suite has Victorian bath, shower, twin basins. The kitchenette leads off the bedroom. Room: wifi, electric blankets, aircon, hairdryer, ironing facility. TV provides Netflix only. Please note: should you wish to view Dstv & prefer not to use the main guestlounge for this, please bring your HDMI cable & link your Dstv via your laptop/phone.

The Cottage on the Corner

Set apart from the main house, the Cottage on the Corner is a cozy, romantic escape for two. With sliding doors that open into the cool breeze in summer and a wood burning stove to keep you toasty in winter you will find yourself relaxed. Breakfast is not included in the room rate but is available at very reasonable prices. The unit is serviced daily. We have full service DSTV. Close to many activities you can do as much or as little as you choose to make your stay in Himeville special.

Garden Villa Room 17

A tranquil experience on our beautiful farm situated in the Southern Drakensberg, KwaZulu-Natal. The unit  not is pet friendly.  Farm activities includes, hiking trails, picnics (on request), outside hot tub (book in advance), milking cows, a basic obstacle course, star gazing, fishing, bird watching and horse riding (book in advance). The room is room only (not self-catering), unless guests book the entire cottage.  Guest can however book their meals at The Deli (our restaurant).

Bulwer is a very small village in rural KZN Ard Lui is an old farmstead build in 1895 with a wrap around verandah . We have a beautiful View of the Bulwer Mountain from where paragliders fly. Mountain routes for climbers are layed out. In the Marutswa forest the Cape parrots can be viewed with other Bird life.
