With your own private courtyard, there is space to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Harty Ferry is an area of outstanding natural beauty and is popular with bird watching, cycling, walking or enjoying the beaches. Hartys Capel Fleet Raptour viewing point is only a 10 minute walk away, the award winning pub The Ferry House Inn is within a 5 minute drive away or a nice walk through the country

A 14th Century self contained wing off the main house set in a peaceful location just outside Faversham, Kent. This charming cottage is ideal for anyone wanting to explore Kent. Located on the edge of Oare marshes that is an important wetland reserve with a range of bird species. This area is popular with bird watches, walkers, wildlife photographers and cyclists or anyone who wants a relaxing break away surrounded by open countryside. There is plenty to do throughout the year wether you want coast, town or countryside it’s all in easy reach for your enjoyment.

The Pottery Studio, stylish art-filled light space

Spend an extremely comfortable night in the self-contained accommodation in the studio. Once a stable and subsequently the old pottery, the accommodation has now been completely renovated to provide a peaceful and luxurious bedroom with beautiful super-king bed and ensuite bathroom with a roll-top bath. Downstairs, a wood-burning stove is a cosy addition to the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room.
