Enjoy the tiny home living experience in our Outskirt Escape, situated on a lifestyle property surrounded by fruit trees, garden, and lawns. Enjoy the serenity of rural living while still being 5 minutes from town. A couple of highlights include foraging in our home orchard, home baking on arrival, or for something a little more active, why not have a go on our pickleball court. Living in our bespoke tiny home will be a unique experience. You are bound to feel relaxed and at home here.

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

Ideally located, it’s just 10–15 minutes to Napier, Hastings, and Havelock North, with HB Sports Park and EIT Pettigrew Arena in Taradale only minutes away. A perfect base for exploring the region! Our stylish cottage has the best of both worlds. Rural, quiet setting, only a 3 minute drive from the fabulous Havelock North village. Situated on a very special, peaceful, slice of paradise, on an apple orchard, on the northern outskirts of the village. Minutes from Hawkes Bay's amazing attractions. A twenty five minute drive to the Napier airport. Our swimming pool is situated behind the main house, 30 meters over the paddock.

Welcome to my Studio. Hi I am Breny, I love meeting people. Enjoy your own warm cosy private Studio, with its own driveway seperate from our house, and you have under cover parking. It has one room, comfy queen bed, and separate bathroom. Sleeps two comfortably and has a rural out look. You can visit some of the local wineries near by. It's 22 minutes to Napier and 7 minutes to Hastings. I look forward to meeting you.

Little Walnut is a 10 min walk to HNth Village. A gorgeous & beautifully decorated, spacious self contained, stand alone unit. Lovely linen - super king bed, fully equipped kitchen (w coffee machine) & a big comfortable lounge. The shower is over bath with a separate toilet. Large outdoor area (BBQ incl) with a rural outlook under a giant walnut tree.

Hart's Place

Hart's Place is a private, modern, attached unit. It has all new fittings and furnishings. It is light and warm, with a heated bath room floor, just installed a carbon filter, no more chlorine in the water. Situated in a safe quiet cul de sac and has a tramp and swing for children. In one of Hasting's best and most central suburbs location wise.
