There are many eateries within walking distance and Rye, Tenterden, Camber and Hastings all a short car journey away. We are located on the edge of a small family camping park - Rother valley park- which is a family run, chilled and quiet place to be. The views and sunsets are stunning. Enjoy a drink on the balcony whilst watching the sun go down 🙂

The Other Red Hut

Unique self built studio cabin in a peaceful setting only a stones throw away from the Nature Reserve - replicating the well known Red Hut in Rye Harbour. PLEASE NOTE : The wc/shower room is A SEPARATE building adjacent to the main hut. The sink area is also outside the hut. There’s a patio area which looks towards the Martello tower (The enchantress) There is also a seating area at the bottom of the garden. A sun umbrella when sitting outside is available for your use also.

We're in a small village in East Sussex, a short walk (and I do mean short) to a lovely little country pub, with public footpaths nearby, the seaside and historical landmarks a short drive away. If you just wanna stay put and relax in the swim spa, that's okay too. It's your call. (Just a quick note to say this is a NO SMOKING venue. Please also be mindful of neighbours. The swim spa closes at 11:00 p.m.)

The cabin boasts a Hot Tub overlooking the valley. A short walk into the village with its lovely church and a popular local pub nearby. Near to the ancient town of Rye and just 8 miles to the market town in Tenterden. The famous Chapel Down and Gusbourne wineries all within a 10minute drive.
