Nestled into the delightful seaside village of Te Awanga, it's a stones throw from the beach, cycle trails, world-class wineries and the Cape Kidnappers golf course. The cottage has all the charms of the original seaside bach but its fit-out is perfect for long summer days and nights and in the colder months as a warm and cosy retreat.

Located at the base of Te Mata Peak, my Renovated, Roomy, Rural 1900's cottage is conveniently located within easy reach of wineries, beaches, walks/cycle tracks and 3kms from Havelock North CBD. The house surrounds are mostly peaceful and quiet. With an active array of wildlife frolicking in the orchard. Your stay is made more enjoyable with an espresso machine, a smart TV, pantry goodies, a wood fire, and yes, work spaces. Children are welcome, fur babies are welcome! (limit 2 dogs).

Villa Desa - close to Havelock North centre

Welcome to Villa Desa, your recently renovated cosy & warm weatherboard home. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind. We have a Hot Tub Spa bath in the garden and a nice sunny outdoor dining/relaxing area with a Weber BBQ. Inside, you can enjoy the radiant warmth of a wood-burner fire, heat pump and our very comfortable warm beds. We are located 2.5km from Havelock North village centre, where you’ll find plenty of cafes, restaurants, and boutique shopping. Enjoy your stay :)

Wyatt House

Wyatt House is an 1890 Villa in a rural orchard setting 5mins from Havelock North Village. Set in established gardens with a swimming pool, trampoline, pétanque court; perfect for the whole family. With 2 ensuite bedrooms Wyatt House can comfortably accommodate 2 or 3 families. Perfect for a Hawkes Bay summer with french doors opening out onto extensive decks. Conveniently, 3mins to the famous Hawkes Bay Farmers Markets & only a 10min drive to some of Hawkes Bays best vineyards.

Richmond Cottage

Nestled at the front of our property away from the main house, a quaint but modern cottage, set in a quiet semi rural area, very central, only 10 minutes from Hastings, Havelock North and Napier. Close to many great wineries and easy access onto the stop bank to one of many of Hawkes Bay's bike trails. Clive is small town with a few amenities including a local pub, Four Square, Chemist and a couple of eateries. All main supermarkets can be found either in Hastings or Napier.

Pixie Cottage Napier South

Fully renovated 1915 cottage in Napier south. Full of charm. Sunny bright back deck. 15 mins walk to centre of town. Freshly decorated. New carpets, and curtains. Large shower room with laundry cupboard. Suitable for up to four adults, ideal for two couples or as a romantic weekend for two. Napier is a Art Deco Mecca and you can enjoy wonderful wineries and dining in the Hawke’s bay sunshine. There are great walks and cycle tracks and a trip up Te Mata Peak is worth while.

River Cottage - set in Native Garden

Escape to our beautifully presented cottage, tucked away in a peaceful native garden that you'll share with the main house. You'll have your own private outdoor area to unwind in, complete with a BBQ and chiminea to create the perfect atmosphere for a glass of wine at the end of the day. Close to cycle trails leading to stunning scenery and local wineries. Short walk to river/beach. Stroll down to our local pub, restaurant or cafe. Cottage is not suitable for children.

Luxury heritage home in the heart of the village

Located in the heart of the village, Havelock Homestead is set on a large 1500sqm corner section and is a beautiful heritage building that has been restored to the highest standard. Split into two dwellings, this larger dwelling has 5 double bedrooms and three bathrooms. If booked together with the smaller dwelling, the house can be used as one large 7 bedroom home with two kitchens and four bathrooms - please note this listing is for just the 5 bedroom dwelling.

Take a break & unwind at Tawai Lodge

Tawai Lodge - country living only 2km from Hastings town centre. Havelock North - 6km/5minute drive, Napier - 20km/20minute drive. Close to wineries, restaurants/dining, supermarket, family-friendly activities, and the race course. Our place is very spacious inside and out so lots of space for guests. Surrounded my trees it is very peaceful. We have a big swimming pool, bbq and outdoor eating area, comfy beds, orchard and electric bikes.

Quaint Bungalow - very close to village

Light, quiet and clean home with renovated interior. 3 double bedrooms, all with queen size beds. 1 bathroom, kitchen and laundry as well as spacious living areas. There is fabulous indoor to outdoor flow with a great outdoor area. Large and secure section. Just a 10 minute stroll to Havelock North Village where there is boutique shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. Please note - this is my home however I fully move out during the stay.
