Soak up the hustle and bustle of the Naki culture -escape to the seaside (5 mins walk to the Aquatic Centre or Walkway,) 7 mins stroll to the famous Len Lye Gallery and amazing cafes and bars such as Monicas, Ozone or Ms Whites. It is a short walk to Ngamotu golf club, 3 minutes down to the Valley shopping centre and 5 minutes to the CBD. The famous walkway is at the end of the street where you will get some great shots of the mountain through the Te Rewa Rewa bridge.

Stratford is 40 minutes from New Plymouth and 30 minutes from Hawera. It is the closest town to Taranaki Maunga.
