The cosy living room features a wood-burning stove, enhancing the warm cottage atmosphere. Christmas decorations go up the first week of December but can be arranged earlier on request. Delightful one bedroom house in a lovely quiet residential area of town. Purchased as a holiday home and loved by the owner. The flat is warm and welcoming decorated tastefully throughout. The house is a two minute walk to the Town centre in the historic town of Hawick situated in the lovely Scottish Borders. Hawick is renown for its stunning natural park and cashmere industry. The town is an an ideal base for exploring the stunning Scottish Borders, a golfing, fishing and cyclists paradise.

Cedar Cabin

A spacious timber cabin built 8 years ago. In a very quiet location amid the fields and woods of our farm, situated in the garden of my home and off a private road leading only to the farm. Cooking facilities are microwave, mini-cooker with two rings and oven, slow cooker, frig and sink. Beds are made up as king size unless singles are requested in advance. Pets are welcome. The Cabin has its own garden securely fenced. Garden furniture with sun loungers, table and chairs and charcoal BBQ.

Freshly renovated flat in Hawick with perfect location to explore Scottish Borders. Very spacious, bright and airy, but cosy at the same time. Fantastic views, log burner and traditional features. The accomodation is centraly located near to the Town Hall, very close to the High Street with walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Book a minimun of 3 night to receive a basket of snacks. Book 7 night or more to receive a breakfast pack and a bowl of fresh fruits.

The house is located only 2 minutes from the centre of the town, yet is still far enough away from neighbouring properties to feel private and peaceful.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Ancient Castle above the River Tweed

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.

Hilltop cottage

Heart of the Scottish Borders a hide away bungalow, spacious open plan living room and separate double bedroom and bathroom in an elevated position, far reaching views, no traffic, light and well insulated with lovely walks, ten miles from station to Edinburgh (1 hour). Nearest pub and cafe within 1 mile. Shops in Selkirk 5 Miles, Others in Hawick, Melrose, Galshiels, Jedburgh and Kelso Lots to see and do. Good for stars on clear nights.

The Thatched Cottage

This unique thatched cottage in the scenic village of Denholm has charm and character throughout, the perfect countryside escape (imagine "The Holiday" Christmas movie vibes). The village has everything you need; butchers, pub, Italian restaurant, cafe and a small shop. The surrounding countryside offers beautiful walking routes, cycling, golf & fishing. Then come home to cozy up infront of the stove with a board game or a movie.
