If you would like to travel to our local historic city of Exeter, There are train stations in our local villages of Whimple & Feniton both of which have parking. Approximately 20 minute drive from the picturesque beaches along the Jurassic coast.

The Piggery is a one bedroom, self contained cottage. Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty in rural East Devon, the coastline and stunning beaches are only 15 minutes away. Situated adjacent to our farmhouse, across a pretty shared courtyard, the cottage is warm and comfortable. The bedrooms have views of the orchard and tennis court, which you are welcome to use, along with the table tennis in the courtyard. Southlands Farm is in a perfect spot: a rural location renowned for its outstanding natural beauty but close to charming seaside towns.

Located on our working farm, you will be secluded in the comfort of the pod, looking out at views of the East Devon countryside. A wood burner is perfect for a cosy winter’s night, or to enjoy those summer evenings there is a large decking. We are situated perfectly within walking distance of the South West Coast path to explore the picturesque coast on foot.

You'll find games & books in the room, or enjoy chilling with the radio or Netflix, Disney or Prime. There's also a little beach hamper in the wardrobe! There are chairs & a little table on your patio, ideal for spotting wildlife! Children must be 12+ as we have a large wildlife pond.
