The Bothy @ Brightling Park Estate

The Bothy is for those seeking to relax and unwind in an an upmarket and unusual glamping experience. It is off grid set in an old sandstone building amongst fields and woodland. It offers an open fire to ensure you are warm and cosy as well as the usual amenities - shower, hot water and kitchen equipment, all of which are run off solar and gas. We have an abundance of National Trust properties within easy reach, with the pretty towns of Rye and Hastings only 30 mins away. We are dog friendly and have wonderful walks close by. Great for couples or single occupancy, room for a cot too.

The Grange - Lower Barn Farm, Bodiam, East Sussex

The Grange at Lower Barn Farm is a quirky, rustic, converted detached barn designed with a touch of industrial components which makes for an ideal rural getaway. 70 acres of rolling country side and wooded grounds on the Kent and Sussex borders, complete with idyllic fishing lakes, are just waiting to be explored. There are woodland walks, an abundance of wildlife to be discovered and even the 14th century Bodiam castle, a 5 minute ride away, if you’re lucky you might even spot a kingfisher.

Stunning semi- rural cottage with a huge bed!

A charming self contained small barn conversion in a semi rural location. An open plan kitchen, huge bedroom and bathroom. The cottage is stylishly decorated with a mix of vintage and new. Enjoy a long soak in the Victorian cast iron bath, long lie-ins in the superking bed, walks on your doorstep, games on the huge sofa or wander down to the village for an abundance of drinks and food. St. David's House in the heart of Cranbrook

St. David's House was a coffee tavern in the 1880s. It's in the heart of beautiful Cranbrook, close to Union Mill, a working windmill which you can see from the bedroom. A minute's walk takes you to local pubs, restaurants, cafes, and independent shops. The Apartment is spacious, with an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge, bathroom with bath & shower, one double bedroom & a comfortable double sofa bed. Private secure parking. Well behaved pets welcome.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
