Our beach house is spacious, with a leafy garden in a quiet cul-de-sac. It has sunny decks on three sides, great for indoor/outdoor living. It has just been fully renovated, with a state of the art kitchen, and new bathroom. Our NBN (average download speed of 43 Mbps) allows you to work remotely. In the evening, relax with Wifi and Netflix. Only a 500m walk to both the surf beach and the still water of Port Stephens. Five minutes' walk to the shops and cafes of Hawks Nest.

It sleeps 8, has an open plan living areas, full size kitchen (including dishwasher) & essential meal preparation equipment (some basic pantry items). The indoor dining seats 8 people & private courtyard has a dining table & BBQ. Guest also have access to the communal pool (refer to open times)

Bring the family & your pet to Petite Maison for a getaway from the hum drum of daily life. The house has a full size kitchen, a spacious bathroom, laundry, & a divinely comfy lounge room. While you are visiting, take time exploring or relaxing at our magnificent bays, beaches, parks, restaurants & cafe's.

Newly built in 2023 on our property located on a private and serene street, backing onto the very special Soldiers Point Reserve - home to an abundance of bird life and koalas - you will hear the laughing of kookaburras throughout the day.
