We have kept a light modern funky space and a beach feel throughout the build which extends to the garden . We are 5 minutes from Sandringham, 10 minutes from Hunstanton and 20 minutes from Holkham and Wells-next- Sea which both have incredible wide open Sandy Beaches.

St Anne’s is a fun, quirky coastal bungalow perfect for a family getaway. Sleeping 2-6 guests in the main part of the house and a further 4 in the 2 bedroom annex. Situated in the north Norfolk coast in Brancaster Staithe, the cottage is walking distance from the local harbour and sailing club as well as the notorious Jolly Sailors pub. A large and enclosed private garden and inner courtyard with a sheltered west facing patio. There is parking for several cars.

There is ample parking at the cottage and many local restaurants and pubs within walking distance. We allow one well behaved dog, as the beach is perfect for dog walking.
