This beautiful, spacious garden studio is hidden away in a private, leafy and secluded garden, screened off by beautiful trees and shrubs. Simple, comfortable room in clean cosy flat. It is my home, but when you come I will stay at my boyfriend's house, so you can have the place to yourself. It's my home, not a holiday home, so while it is clean and tidy, it is homely, not immaculate. You have access to the kitchen, bathroom, living room. My bedroom is private, thank you. Perfect location, 1 minute walk from Exeter Quay with pubs and restaurants, lovely walks. 9 minutes' walk to Exeter cathedral and city centre.

This unique cabin has beautiful river views and it's a wonderful place to watch the sunset. The high ceilings and wood burning stove give it an ambience that sets the scene for a cosy yet elegant vibe. Little luxuries like underfloor heating in the shower room add to the comfort that we seek to provide. There is a small paved area outside with a table which is perfect for a coffee or a glass of wine. Parking for one car is available and it's a 10 min walk to the centre of Topsham

Enjoy our newly renovated 200 year old cottage in the desirable village of IDE on the outskirts of Exeter with easy access to Dartmoor and the coast. Enjoy a taste of village life with a community shop and 3 pubs with in walking distance there is also a large Sainsbury’s nearby with EV charging. Please note that there are steps into the cottage and we have a traditional Devon staircase so property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues .

Exeter on your doorstep!

Our house is perfectly situated for visiting all that Exeter has to offer. It sits just below the old city wall across the road from the River Exe, just a short walk from the centre with all its shops, eateries and historic features. Or use the Miller's Crossing footbridge opposite, and stroll along the river to the old Quay. There is a rear garden and - a real bonus - a designated parking space in a private car park behind the house.
