Modern Holiday House in Lapland

A brand new wooden holiday house isituated in small village 60km from Rovaniemi and 40km from the Swedish border. There is a big lake close to the cottage, pineforest and cross country skiing & hiking possibilities. The house is well equipped and modern. This is a good holiday house for families with children. There are two bedrooms, a balcony for sleeping, living room with one bed, sofas, dining table and kitchen, bathroom and sauna. You will see reindeer sometimes close to the house.

Onnela Tilava viihtyisä omakotitalo Ylitornion komeissa maisemissa. Talossa on neljä erillistä makuuhuonetta, iso olohuone, keittiö, ruokatila, kaksi vessaa ja suihkutila, jonka yhteydessä on puulämmitteinen sauna. Iso takapiha on aidattu, joten lemmikit voivat juoksennella vapaasti. Venerantaan ja Ylitornion hienoille hiekkarannoille on matkaa vain noin 1 km. Ainiovaaran upeat hiihto- ja ulkoilumaastot sijaitsevat lähettyvillä. Aavasaksan laskettelurinteille on noin 15 km matka.

Situated near the river, the Swedish border is just across the water, allowing for a seamless journey into Sweden, perhaps via the ice road. The absence of unnecessary lights around provides the perfect setting for observing the Northern Lights. Majoitu ainutlaatuisessa ympäristössä alpakkatilan yhteydessä pienessä lappilaisessa kylässä. Viihtyisä pieni mobiili mökki, tai oikeastaan minikoti (tiny cabin on wheels) sijaitsee järven rannalla kukkuloiden keskellä noin tunnin ajomatkan päässä Rovaniemeltä. Keskellä ei mitään, mutta kuitenkin kaiken keskellä! Sopii sinulle, joka haluat tuntea olevasi osa luontoa ja tutustua paikalliseen elämään. Koe aitoa Lapin taikaa vanhojen mäntypuiden alla.

The main building of 75m2 is all refurbished with two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and a new bathroom. Large windows and a major outside terrace, offers you a breathtaking view through all seasons.

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla miljö. Karins lägenhet har ett fullt utrustat kök, sovrum med två enkelsängar och allrummet har en bäddsoffa. Finns även en toalett med dusch och en altan där man kan njuta av utsikten över Kalix älv som ligger ca 40 m från lägenheten. Nyhet sommaren 2026! Nu finns möjlighet att hyra elcykel.
