The Shed offers peaceful rural and water views plus the occasional visit from wild deer and peacock. Nesting swallows on the porch in case you have a fear of birds! It is a restful stop on your travels, or an escape from the hustle bustle of life. Stand alone with a garage between it and the main house. You will love this newly build accommodation, inspired by modern European country style, set against a backdrop of magical native bush. The accommodation is separate from the main house. Guests will be treated to a complimentary continental style breakfast which includes coffee, tea fruit and juices. We also include fresh seasonal fruits from our orchard as available.

Hosted by retired Kiwi couple happy to show what NZ has to offer - looking to meet friendly, trust-worthy visitors. The guest-house faces the back of the main house, separated by the pool and spa area. Lounge area, kitchenette, bedroom, ensuite, covered balcony, use of plunge pool, spa and flower gardens. Laundry amenities at main house and secure on-site car parking. Close to village, semi-rural with sheep on the boundary fence. Must be dog-friendly (2x friendly, pet dogs on-site).

Piha Designer House - Ocean Views - 2 brm

Designed to capture the sun and the sweeping ocean view. Wood-burner for cosy winter nights and unlimited fibre broadband wifi for Netflix. Pull back the ranch sliders in summer and open the house to the outdoors. Relax with dinner, drinks and the setting sun on the covered outdoor deck. Underfloor heating the bathrooms provides all year comfort. It's a 5min walk down the road to the start of the beach track and then a 20min stroll through the bush down to the beach (or a 3min drive!)

Dormer Tiny House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You will have private access to the entire 2-bedroom self contained tiny house, with large adjoining deck and plenty of space for the kids to run around. The new pool area is shared between the Tiny House and our own home. There is a large pool, heated to 26 degrees, as well as a spa (“hot tub”) which is kept 38-40 degrees. This area is open 8am-8pm.
