The apartment has its own entrance, bathroom, living room with couch, TV and dining table, a large bedroom with TV, sleeping up to 4 guests (a 5th childbed on mattress can be provided), and small kitchen (microwave, hob, fridge, coffemachine, electric kettle, plates, glasses etc). Bedring faces the garden and is quiet. Guests not allowed, nor music >10 pm. Min age of adults 28.

Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. Lejl. ligger tæt på Bernstorffsvej S-togs station - ca. 15 min. til Kbh. centrum. Desuden forbindelse nordpå til bl.a. Louisiana og Helsingør. Lejl. er en ældre, privat bolig, hvor jeg bor til dagligt med mine to teenage drenge, så forvent ikke 'hotel cleaning' - men der imod et charmerende privat hjem.

Super centrally located apartment in Copenhagen close to metro (airport), national stadium (Parken) and easy access to the highways. Suitable for 1-2 people (3. is possible) with easy access to front door. Nearby grocery shopping, large central parks, 3 min's from the main highway, and close to the national hospital - Rigshospitalet. Parking just outside window (also charging station) - electric vehicles free.

Lejligheden ligger meget centralt i Kbh med kun 3,7 km til Rådhuspladsen og kun 250 meter til metroen. Lejligheden har et køkken/alrum, soveværelse med dobbeltseng, badeværelse og entré. Jeg anbefaler lejligheden til 2 personer, men I er velkomne til at bo 3, men så skal den sidste sove på madras i stuen, hvilket mine egne gæster også gør. Udenfor er der en lille terrasse med bord og stole.
