Henrys Cottage is a place to make you smile. A warm friendly old fishermans cottage, where I hope you'll feel at home straight away, it is very comfortable & well equipped. Ideal for families & couples, with lots of things to keep you entertained. There is a pub, cafe, shop, fish and chips shop and the beach are all just minutes away. Pets & smoking are not allowed. PLEASE NOTE -Not suitable for people with limited mobility. Steep, wooden turning stairs- but my 82 yr old friend manages fine

Spacious, light, self catering annexe 5 mins walk from the beach, dunes & Fishermans Return Pub, perfectly located to visit the seals at Horsey. Perfect for walkers, birdwatching, cyclists & visiting the Broads, Yarmouth’s amenities and events 10 miles. NO EV or charging at this property. Nearest fast charge, Tesco’s at Caister (6 miles). NO smoking or vaping on property, use green outside front gate.

Enjoy the big Norfolk skies and wide open beaches when staying in this clean, attractive and well equipped, pet friendly end terraced chalet. 5 - 10 min walk to the beach and amenities. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

The Folly

We would like to welcome you to The Folly, your cosy woodland retreat away from the stresses and strain of modern life. There's plenty to see and do with access on foot to the local woodland and beach walks. Keep an eye out when you boil the kettle you just might see a wild Muntjac deer pass by....or hear the hoot of a Tawny owl as you fall asleep. Please be aware in the summer months the local amusement park is open and may be heard during the day.

Hectors House built in the 1900's originally a farm workers cottage has been completely renovated and brought back to life with its enchanting low ceilings and winding traditional Norfolk twist staircase, which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility
