Welcome to the Trailside Gökotta Forest Cottage: a modern, minimalist and serene nature cabin on the Birkie Trail system. Gökotta means 'to get up early to listen to sounds of birds and the forest'. Located right on Birkie Ridge Trailhead with close access to vast CAMBA trails, this is a nature escape for outdoor enthusiasts who love to bike, ski, hike, and bird watch. Enjoy ski-in ski-out to groomed trails, bike-in bike-out right onto trails, then cozy up by the woodstove or fire-pit at night.

Riverwood Hideaway

This OFF-GRID, solar powered hideaway is on the Knife River just a few miles outside of Two Harbors, Minnesota. THERE IS NO RUNNING WATER and LIMITED ELECTRICITY. WE DO HAVE WI-FI. The kitchen has a propane refrigerator and gas oven/stove. Solar power is used for lights and some outlets. Propane fireplace / furnace for heat. The "bathroom" is an outhouse. You bring jugs of drinking water. Hand and dish wash water provided. We supply coffee with pour over utensils, dishes, spices and firewood.

This is a cabin-in-the-woods experience! The Seeley Oaks A-Frame is our slice of the peaceful Northwoods experience. It's on 40 private, tranquil acres (no neighbors!) with great access to all the Hayward-Cable area has to offer. It's small - intended for two adults, with the option of 2 addtl kids. It's a total of 700 sq ft, with a queen bed in the loft, in-floor heat, full kitchen, and washer and dryer. Less than 2 mi from Highway 63, 8 mi from Cable, and 10 mi from Hayward. IG: @Seeleyoaks

Situated halfway between Duluth/Superior and Bayfield, it's the perfect location to visit all your favorite South Shore locations. There's no need to choose between privacy & the difficulties of accessing remote properties. Our cottage is located within 68 acres of private, wooded wilderness. Yet since we're next to the Wisconsin Lake Superior Scenic Byway (Hwy 13), it's easy to get wherever you want to go!

Modern-rustic, Aframe on 10 wooded acres; beautiful, simple décor, fully equipped kitchen, glass stove top, air-fryer oven, filtered H2O/ice maker. Enjoy a luxurious bathroom, with a heated tile floor, walk-in shower. Towels, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are provided. King bed in loft and NEW king gel memory foam bed on main floor. Smart TV, wi-fi. Woodstove heats the cabin perfectly as the main heat source. All wood is provided for woodstove and firepit. There is a minisplit heat/ac unit.

Located 5 minutes from Split Rock Lighthouse, Wild Pines Cabin is a completely renovated 1974 a-frame that sits atop 40 private acres overlooking Lake Superior. During your stay, hike through the property, catch glimpses of wildlife, sip coffee by the fire while taking in the sunrise over the lake, or step out to nearby Gooseberry, Black Beach, or Tettegouche. Come enjoy the North woods in our beautiful little cabin. This cabin is a located in a perfect spot only 2 miles outside of Iron River. Close to tourist areas such as Duluth, Bayfield, Ashland and more. This cabin is the perfect get away. The Brule river is only 8 miles away and can make for the perfect day trip in a kayak or canoe. This cabin comfortably fits 2-4 people! You can enjoy the outdoors at the fire pit or the 3 season porch that gives you the perfect indoor/outdoor feeling!

There's a bend in the Brule River called Boxcar Hole — a designated Wisconsin DNR fish refuge where fish congregate in protected waters. Locals know it. Fly fishers dream about it. And this cabin sits right on it — log walls, wood stove crackling, knotty pine everywhere. The Brule is Wisconsin's most famous trout river, and you'll have direct access from the backyard. Romantic Forest Cabin, Sauna, Trail to Beach

Treat yourself to a deluxe stay in this quiet, newly constructed cabin with picture windows, screened porch and barrel sauna. Enjoy long days and sunsets at Corny Beach, a 10 min walk from the cabin along a nature trail. Visit Bayfield 20 min away or take in the quirky, small-town of Cornucopia and then come home and take a sauna in this peaceful forest! The cabin has an occupancy limit of 2 adults and one dog ($50 pet fee). A SUP board is stored near the beach for guests in summer.
