In vivid landscape, surrounded by beech trees, we offer to enjoy private orchard on a huge estate, just a 35 minutes car ride from Herceg Novi and seaside.. 15th century Ottoman house

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

Seafront Apartment "Lavender" Zmukic

Our brand new apartment is situated on the coast of Boka Bay (Bay of Kotor) in a big house right by the sea. There is a nice sandy beach right in front of the house and a big green backyard with shade on the other side of the house. It is close to Airport Tivat (25min by car/bus) , to the historical Unecso heritage town of Kotor (30min by car/bus.15min by boat), to the old museum-town of Perast (15min by bus/car), to the beautiful town of Herceg-Novi (15min by car/bus). Welcome!

"Into the wild"

This stone house is located in Rt Veslo, Lustica peninsula. This is not a hotel, but a rustic family home in wild nature. It has its imperfections, which come along with unique atmosphere. There is a quiet beach one minute walk from the house and also a campsite with a beach and picturesque trails 5 minutes from the house. Nearest market is in Zanjice 7km away, and another one in Radovici 12km from the house. There is no public transport. Taxi from airport is around 25euros.

Glamping tält

Njut av naturens ljud när du bor på detta unika ställe. Mitt i oasen och en bit bort ( 1600m) från Žanjic stranden och på en höjd av 350m ligger tomten. Vakna med fågelkvitter under luftiga skuggor av olivlundar. På en egen kaskad och altan ligger denna stora och vackra tält. På samma mark som sträcker sig på över 1600 kvadrat meter finns en trästuga och en något mindre tält. Välkomna!
