Storage space in small loft if required, accessed via ladder.

Self catering bungalow, ‘Crab Cottage’

Crab Cottage provides a comfy place to relax after a day exploring the beauty of the Isle of Skye. This detached, self-catering bungalow for two is situated in a crofting community. The cottage is near and above the road but shielded by bushes and visitors have said the noise is minimal. Our own house and static caravan are next to the cottage. We live with an elderly collie mix dog called Boots and 4 chickens (who live in a separate fenced off area).

A spacious, open plan living /sleeping space offers all the home comforts you would expect, Large picture windows create a bright space with stunning views over the loch to the mountains. A Deck with locally crafted Adirondack chairs make the perfect place to watch the local wildlife or sit out under our spectacular night sky during the darker nights. Loch Bracadale Cottage

You are invited to stay at a newly renovated traditional crofters' cottage. The cottage is very well situated on the island for exploring all that Skye has to offer and also benefits from the attractions and facilities available in nearby Dunvegan. Beautiful views across Loch Bracadale and lovely walks from the cottage. The house is extremely cosy and full of art works and books.
