We are 7 minutes to North Durango, on the way to skiing or biking at Purgatory, and just a couple of minutes from Durango Hot Springs. With waterfall hiking trails out the door, we offer a gateway to outdoor adventure. Our apartment has large windows with mountain views, a modern kitchen, open floor plan, and comfortable bedrooms. The home is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business trips, and families.

PJ's Gourmet Market and Animas Wine & Spirits are a short 5 min. drive, as is Dalton Golf Club. We are perfectly situated 10 miles from Durango and 15 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort. We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

The Apple Orchard Inn is a traditional Bed & Breakfast located on 4.5 acres in the lush Animas River Valley. We offer 10 romantic en suite rooms and cottages. Relax and enjoy spectacular mountain views, beautiful gardens, orchards, babbling brooks and ponds. Access to the inn is by private driveway through the old apple orchard. 4 rooms are located upstairs in the main house and 6 cottages are located behind the main house easily accessible by sidewalks encircling the lovely courtyard.

Located off of the picturesque County Road 250, just minutes away from the Durango Hot Springs Resort & Spa, PJ’s Gourmet Market, and Dalton Ranch Golf Club. A short 10 minute drive to Durango and 20 minutes to Purgatory Resort. Recently renovated two story guesthouse with king bedroom upstairs and queen downstairs. Bathroom with a shower, well equipped kitchen, laundry on premises, and cozy pellet stove.

If you are a train buff, you will love the fact that you can see the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge railroad pass right behind the house (it isn’t loud and only runs during the day). This 3000 square foot private home features three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and plenty of space for your family to relax and enjoy.

Cozy Camper with a Touch Of Nature

The camper is a 24' 2007 Itasca Navion. This cozy camper is located about 10 miles north of of downtown Durango. It's great for a family of four, but might be small for anything more. It's close to Trimble Hot Springs, which is a great place to relax after a day of fun. Also, walking distance from a cute little breakfast nook, Hermosa Grill. Right next to Hermosa Grill there is a gas station, and a liquor store. The camper is not available to move.
