Our newly-remodeled basement apartment comes stocked with every modern amenity, is quiet and comfortable--with both a private entrance and private parking. No cleaning fee! Central to Salt Lake and Provo/skiing. SMALL STUDIO (cute but very SMALL bathroom) Best for travelers/professionals. Because of size it is NOT well suited for locals, honeymooners or staying “in” all day. If extra cleaning is needed a fee may be assigned. NO shoes inside. Separate entrance but shares walls with host/other guests. Expect household “motion” (Hotel type…but cleaner and cuter!) No Pets or children. Large vehicles may find parking tight. *Wall bed w/queen mattress.

There are hiking trails right across the street and Golden Hills Park within walking distance. Visit Utah's Hogle Zoo, Park City or historic Temple Square, all just a short car ride away.

1bd Suite - High Speed WiFi, Big Gym, & Free Pking

This ground level 1bd 1ba unit comes with access to a large Gym, Pool, Hot Tub, Clubhouse w/ a Pool Table and Shuffle Board, BBQ Grills, Firepits, Pickle Ball Courts, Designated Workspace, and a fully equipped Kitchen w/ cookware, utensils, coffee, and other kitchen essentials. The WiFi is very fast making remote work and streaming easy and doable. There is free designated parking right outside the building for multiple vehicles, and there's seamless self check-in so you can arrive any time.

The Millstream Chalet

Come relax at our unique little wooden house; an oasis right in the city. The Millstream Chalet is situated directly on a creek that comes fresh from the mountains. Sip your coffee on the front porch while you take in the sounds of nature, enjoy a view of the falls from the dining table, and sleep late up in the cozy loft. From the front door you are roughly 30 minutes away from 6 major ski resorts, numberless mountain hikes, and 15 minutes from the bustle of downtown. Come and enjoy!

PB&J's Red Barn

Come and spend a night on C&S Family Farm! Our studio apartment offers all the comforts of home and more. Nestled at the base of Mt. Mahogany in Utah County, and just a mile away from American Fork Canyon, adventure is literally knocking on your door. Come not just to sleep, but to have an unforgettable experience. Amenities include a pool/pingpong table, projector and movie screen with surround sound, a popcorn maker, games, books, and an outdoor patio with a fire pit and bbq.

Cozy basement suit in a quiet neighborhood

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

Welcome to this pet-friendly, centrally located 2 bed/2 bath home! Relax and wind down with the twinkling lights in the large backyard. This home is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping but still in a quiet and quaint location. 5 minutes West of I-15, 35 mins to the ski resorts, 25 mins to SLC Airport, 20 mins to downtown, and 15 mins to Lehi! *We welcome Small Dog (sub35lb) $25/night.
