Two private patio areas, rear patio giving direct access to a large garden for you to explore, relax and enjoy.

Self -contained spacious lower ground floor of our Victorian (1873) house, with garden, centrally located for easy walking to amenities: restaurants and bars; parks with cafe and playground, and the Common; shops and convenience stores; historic Pantiles; railway stations and buses. Parking (one car) on drive and on street. Secure bike storage in garage. Access is via six stone steps so not suitable where there are mobility concerns.Also, please note : no hob or oven in kitchenette

This well presented little place is set away from the main road half way between Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge. Easy access to A21 and M25 free private parking. Pub, takeaways and restaurants are all 1 minutes walk away and Tunbridge Wells or Tonbridge are 5 mins drive away. Pretty country walks all around. Heaven! Little Bank is a recently converted detached garage, with underfloor heating, private entrance, behind gates and with an en-suite shower room. Situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Speldhurst with its 13th century inn (The George and Dragon), this room is perfect for those in search of lovely dog walks and beautiful local countryside. Only a 10 minute drive into Royal Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge, there is also a superb shop in the village.

The Hive in Langton Green is an open plan contemporary structure set in peaceful countryside but easily accessible from London and all the London Airports. Beautiful South coast is one hour away. Historic castles, vineyards of Sussex, Royal Tunbridge Wells Spa town is a short drive or even a walk away. The house is in a rural setting with great walks and some excellent pubs along the way.

Garden Lodge

We live on a quiet cul-de-sac. Garden Lodge is at the top of our garden so expect to have to climb some steps (17 made of bricks). It has lovely views of the garden and surrounding area. Garden Lodge is made of reclaimed bricks and has a polish concrete floor. It has a small kitchen area outside the main building. It has a decking with outdoor garden furniture and a fire pit.
