It is a double bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet. The apartment has its own kitchen with facilities/utensils for self catering (hob & microwave oven). There is a sofa and dining area with digital smart tv. There is tea and coffee provided along with fresh milk, butter,breakfast cereals and sliced bread.

Only a 3 minute walk to Gosforth High Street with a great choice of cafes, bars, shops and restaurants and Regent Centre Metro Station, a 4 minute walk from Poplar. A Nice little 1 bedroom apartment located in the historic Quayside area of Newcastle. Set in a period building with easy access to the city centre, many bars, restaurants and theatres. Very easy walking distance to the Sage and ten minutes walk to Central Station. For Parking The nearest multi-storey Is 5 mins away on Dean Street NE1 1PG It’s 2.10 an hour between 8am and 7pm and free over night. Sometimes in the summer the famous Tyne Bridge Kittiwake’s can be a little noisy.

Callerton Hall remains as a private residence and The Old Stables adjoins Coach House which combined once, many years ago provided carriage storage and stabling for the Hall.
