We are a 10 minute walk to the Convention Centre and QPAC, 15 minutes to the city, 20 minutes by bus or ferry to Qld University of Technology and University of Qld, 3 minutes walk to a fabulous array of restaurants. Your space has a separate entry at the the front-we live at the rear, is self contained with its own bathroom and cooking facility, queen bed and wrap-around veranda.

We are just a short walk, 250m to the Qld Eye Institute. Rooms are non-smoking. STRICT & THOROUGH CLEANING REGIME FOLLOWED
