Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located place. We are just 2 minutes from bayhealth hospital Milford campus, 10 minutes from DE turf & 20-30 minutes from all beaches. Early check in available upon request for 12:00pm, fee $100. During the summer months we offer our pool for guest use! We welcome families & fur babies! We do have 5 dogs ourself that roam freely in our backyard. All bathrooms are ensuite. The space is dedicated to guests to ensure full privacy as the host does not live on the property. It is a walking distance of Delaware State University, Bally's Casino & Hotel, and shopping centers on Dupont Highway. High-speed internet is available. Third-party reservations are not allowed.

Escape to a secluded studio hideaway in the middle of Chestertown. Private parking, and over 1 acre of private gardens. Relax in front of the fire with views of gardens in the windows. Kitchenette has large toaster oven, hot plate, microwave, fridge, and Keurig/drip coffee makers. We have an under counter filtration system for pure delicious drinking water. King bed with deluxe linens and mattress, washer dryer. We also host ‘Wren Retweet”, a 5 bedroom house by the carriage house.

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Please read "the space" section, which gives room-by-room detail.

Broadkill Beach, seafood, fishing, beach, birds

If you have never been to Broadkill, this is a must. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, read your favorite book on an empty beach, fish or crab, visit the famous Rehoboth Boardwalk or shop at the outlets, this is the place for you. Located only 1 1/2 block from the beach. Bird watchers paradise. Home on dead end street with very little to zero traffic. Located next to Prime hook National Wildlife Refuge. The extra person charge is for adults only exceeding 4 guest.

You'll be staying on our 10-acre property, 4.7 miles from Bethany Beach. Convenient amenities include 2 on-site restaurants, market, theater, and ample parking. Our AIRBNB "Village" includes 2 tiny houses, a lofted apartment, and another cottage just like this "Basil Cottage". Staying at Good Earth is more than just a beach trip!
