Our quaint, cosy house in Ferryden offers a wonderful holiday or short break experience for 2-4 people. The views from the house are stunning, ideally located just 15 steps from a small beach, or a short walk to the lighthouse. There's a village pub closeby, a good bus service and only a 20 -30 minute walk to Montrose where you'll find excellent restaurants and pubs, cinema, and a train station. There are so many things to do in the area including walking, fishing, photography, bird watching.

You can enjoy the serenity of our surrounding gardens and arboretums with the convenience of being in the heart of the village, a 3 minute walk from the train station & a minute from the High St. Roam the grounds, play some croquet, and meet our 2 (very old) labradors, or alternatively, cosy up in front of the log burner for a quiet evening in. It is a tranquil place with fantastic sea views to Montrose in the south and Stonehaven in the north. This cosy cottage faces the sea and gets the morning sun. The village has a pub that serves food. I provide all the bed linens, towels, toiletries, cleaning material

Golfing, Fishing , Kayaking round the Cliffs and Walking, are plentiful in and around the area with Carnoustie Golf Links a 15 minute drive. Bus and Train Station in town for those who want to venture further.
