Pontoon boat is available to rent (May-October) on a slow motor lake, w no speed boats or noisy jet skis. Excellent ice fishing w a wood burning stove waiting to warm you up in the winter months. Comes w a fully stocked kitchen, bedding, towels, movies, pantry, outdoor grill w plenty of seating.

This is a rare opportunity to be the only guests on 220 acres of gentle hills with grasslands interspersed with trees and ponds. You may explore the woodlands and wetlands as well as the sustainable grazing of sheep. The back yard is filled with an organic vegetable garden and across the yard are honeybees. Your family may participate in any and all of it. The newly renovated apartment is the upstairs of my farmhouse. It includes a private entrance, full kitchen and deck overlooking the lake.

We are close to Hillsdale College, antique shops, other lakes, and Amish stores. Our home is fully stocked with bedding, towels, laundry supplies, kitchen supplies, as well as internet.

The backyard has ample space for parking in the 3 car driveway, a fire pit, grill, and a small back deck. Across the street is a Clear Lake conservation area with pet friendly walking trails! There is a nearby dog park, and an ice-cream shop down the street.
