Set on 1600 m² of land, Setsuin is beautifully located in the North Hills area of Hanazono. The house opens onto a creek and a forest, private from the neighbours. The other side faces the East Ridge of Mt. Annupuri, so popular for back country riding. The Hanazono Resort is just a few minutes away by car, or 10-15 minutes on foot. During the summer you can enjoy BBQ in the garden terrace and the golf course is just minutes away. A complimentary Delica car is provided during the winter season.

Bedroom 1 has 1 x double bed, bedroom 2 has 2 x single beds, and bedroom 3 has 2 x single beds. A fully equipped kitchen, WIFI are standard, as well as a washing machine and dryer. There is car parking for one car at the property. There is a TV with an HDMI cable for screening Netflix's etc (no local or cable TV).
