With alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking, biking, canoeing, and fishing right outside your door, adventure awaits year-round. Located in the heart of Hallingdal, Ål is the perfect base for exploring the region - with Geilo and Hemsedal just a short drive away.

Tabu (Geilo)

Nice view of Geilo and its slopes situated 950m above sea level. NOK 75 per passing up to the hut by automatic camera-monitored toll road. Geilo has many activities for families and couples. Skiing, dog-sleighing, rafting, bicycling, horse-back riding, bowling and hiking. The hut is on the doorstep of Hardangervidda National Park. Personalized interior. Accessible by car during summer, and winter on a snow-ploughed private road. 4x4 recommended during winter. Bed linen and towels included!

Stor og koselig familiehytte på Ustaoset

Hytta ligger 5 km vest for Ustaoset, ca. 100 meter fra rv 7. Vei helt opp som brøytes om vinteren. Det er fantastisk turterreng både sommer og vinter. Hytta er fra 1950. Den er blitt moderninsert, og bygget på i 2015. Det er fine uteplasser hvor dere kan nyte den fantastiske utsikten til Ustevann og Hardangervidda. En veloppdragen hund er velkommen. Gjester må ha med sengetøy og håndklær. Gjester må rydde før avreise, men kan velge å bruke vår faste hjelp til vasking (se nedenfor).

Norwegion Wood, 300 year old timber cabin,studio

Heritage cottage/chalet, 26m2. Typical for the valley Hallingdal. Basic kitchen appliances. Linen and towells provided. No cleaning fee and guests are required to leave the cottage as on arriving. Please read the manuel. Outdoor garden, forest and beautiful view. Trekking directly from the cabin. Please note that a private toilet, basin and shower are in the annekset beside the cottage. The cabin is not accessible during winter from October to April due to the snowfalls and minus degrees.

Nice cabin at Geilo -your private refuge

Lovely cabin in a quiet area about 4km from the centre of Geilo. The cabin can comfortably accomodate a family, and a week here will give you a refreshed mind and lowered shoulders. The cabin was refurbished in 2020 and combines closeness to nature with modern luxury. You get a beautiful view from a large terrace. Both hiking and cross-country tracks are found right by the cabin. The cabin has free wifi, a TV with Apple TV and Nespresso machine. There is a jacuzzi at no additional charge.

«Hallingtun» - Peace and nature

Cozy cabin built with traditional architecture from the «Hallingdal» area. Excellent sun conditions, outdoor and indoor fire place, sauna, great montain view and a hand-crafted log annex. A great place for winter and summer activities: Cross country slopes and sleding hill just outside the door, ski lifts 10 min away, cycling and hiking routes, nearby mountain farms, swim in rivers, canoo available, etc. Eating chair, changing table and sleeping bed for babies/small children available.

Lakeside cabin magic in Ål – hot tub & sauna

Hyttemagi rett ved vannet i vakre Ål i Hallingdal! En sjarmerende hytte med badestamp, robåt, koselig bål-og grillplass, og badstue. Her bor du fredelig til ved Strandafjorden, med kort vei til Ål sentrum, turstier og skiløyper. Ingen strøm eller innlagt vann – men alt du trenger for en ekte og stemningsfull hytte-opplevelse. Perfekt for par, venner og familier som vil senke skuldrene og nyte naturen. På vinteren lages det skiløype inn og forbi hytta – parkering er da 1km fra hytta.

Cabin central location in Geilo

This charming and spacious family cabin is centrally located in Geilo, just a 15-minute walk from the town center with easy access to cafés, shops, and restaurants. Enjoy beautiful ski trails in the winter and hiking and biking trails in the summer located just a short distance from the cabin. The cabin from 1963 features two bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a large living room with dining area, a guest WC, and a generous bathroom equipped with a jacuzzi, shower, and an additional WC.

Fjellsyn -1110 moh. Vakker fjellhytte/Haugastøl

Fjellsyn ligger 1110 m.o.h. og er en vakker tømmerhytte/stabbur på Haugastøl, med fantastisk panoramautsikt over Ustevann og Hardangervidda nasjonalpark. Hallingskarvet sees mot Nord. Her er solen fra tidlig morgen til sen kveld. Hytten har Rallarvegen og magisk Hardangervidda som nærmeste nabo. Det er kort vei til Geilo og Ustaoset i øst, og Hardanger i vest. Hytten har naturen rett utenfor døren, og du kan benytte de utallige stier og løyper i området

Moderne og flott leilighet på Kikut - ny 2023

Moderne og nyoppført leilighet på Kikut, kun 7 minutter med bil fra Geilo sentrum og et steinkast fra skianlegget. Det finnes flotte sykkel-, tur- og langrennsløyper rett utenfor. Her finner du alt det beste naturen har å by på! I tillegg til dette finnes det mange spennende aktiviteter for både familier og grupper i nærheten - blant annet klatrepark, frisbee-golf, lekeland, sykkelpark, rafting og kano.
