At 62 acres and with just twelve homes, Sargent's Pond is the perfect place for simpler pursuits and peace and quiet. Enjoy two comfortable double bedrooms, a pull-out sofa in the living room, a bathroom with tub, washer, and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Wifi, bluetooth stereo system (bring your vinyl!), and Smart TV. Enjoy dining and relaxing on the spacious deck with commanding water views, and for the little ones, swinging and sliding on the swing set. Above the garage is a recreation room with a ping pong table as well as a smashing children's playroom filled with toys, board games, puzzles, and books. Enjoy the TV/ DVD player with a variety of favorite kids' flicks. Perfect for rainy days or down time, this extra living space is sure to please kids and adults alike! Historic Stone Cottage

Summer is in full swing here in the Lakes Region! Both Squam and Winnipesaukee minutes away - vistas to enjoy the season all around. The cottage sleeps two but can accommodate an additional two on a comfortable sleeper couch. We even have room to park your boat and trailer! The stone building, a 1920s gatekeeper’s cottage, is part of a Gilded Age estate, and is lovingly restored to meet your needs in comfort, including a full kitchen, bath and geothermal central heat and a/c.

Waterfront 3 bed 3 bath on Squam (Suite #1)

Make memories at this newly renovated, pet friendly, 3 bedroom/3 bathroom suite at The Boulders at Squam. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds, private screened porches and private bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom has a full sized bed with a twin trundle bed. This suite was part of a motel and cabin community. In 2024 the motel rooms were gutted and 3 were combined to make a larger suite. This suite shares the 2.3 acre and 585 feet of water frontage with other cabins and suites.

Enjoy the many hiking trails, spend a lazy day on the river, eat at one of the many local restaurants and take advantage of so many other close by activities!!!
