Crabpot cottage is 60-seconds from Wells harbour in the heart of the town. It is a snug, self-contained 200-years old 'fisherman's cottage' built on the foundations of a much older building. It offers cosy living space, gardens and parking. Wood burner, central heating, modern kitchen, washing machine and WiFi make it ideal for short breaks. It works really well for couples or small families who love a character cottage. It is not suitable for groups larger than 4 or anyone expecting a hotel!

Skylark Cottage is a beautiful 3 storey 3 bedroom period cottage with first floor south facing balcony right in the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea. There is a wonderful south facing patio with a six seater table and chairs to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. The ground floor has a covered porch, open plan sitting/dining room with a newly fitted log burner. Fortune Cottage is a charming period 2 bedroom semi-detached property at the heart of Burnham Market, 3 minutes walk from The Green. This a family 2nd home and therefore furnished to a high standard throughout, with a patio area and furniture outside. The property benefits from fast WiFi, Amazon Prime and Netflix. One dog is most welcome (except on furniture/upstairs) to make it a home from home for all Minimum 3 night stay applies in late July and August.

A converted old stable block, attached as a self-contained annexe to a large family house. The Stables has one bedroom (one King sized double bed) and a bathroom (with freestanding bath and separate shower) on the ground floor, a living room/ kitchen area upstairs, and a private walled garden. In the centre of Cley-next-the-Sea, it is within walking distance of the beach and other coastal villages of Blakeney, Wiveton and Salthouse.

Burnham Overy Staithe is a little coastal village with one Pub and a bus stop - both opposite the house. Just two minutes walk to the creek. Sea view from the top floor. Inviting for long walks and wood burners waiting for you in the house. Originally, restored as our family home. All our books are in the house from travels and time, living abroad - toys from our little children in a beautiful hand painted toy box.
