Our cottage is back up for vacation rental! It's minutes from Surf City and our favorite stomping grounds. We have great restaurants, grocery stores, and breweries all within a short drive. Sandpiper Brewing is walking distance. The Surf City Skate Park is one of our favorite spots as well now that we have kids in the area. Be sure to visit Topsail Island for a day on the beach and end your day at our favorite go-to spots - Surf City Smash and Hidden Ships Distillery. You might see us there!

This home is in the perfect location, with just a 3 minute walk to our quiet beach, and 7 minute drive to Surf City Center. You are the perfect distance away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get there quickly. This home is 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, sleeps 7 guests comfortably, it has 2 porches, partial ocean and sound views. Fenced in yard area, washer and dryer, and lots of parking.

This is a recently renovated rustic 1947 cottage with an outstanding view of and access to the Intracoastal Waterway. It is perfect for meditation or quiet time by the water's edge, or for fishing, art, reading, writing, kayaking or paddleboarding. It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!
