Have your coffee while manatees swim by the dock, take a cool dip in the spring water, or toss a line & catch some dinner. The site is shaded with large oak & magnolia trees, perfect for having privacy to enjoy the outdoors. We provide a fire pit, table & chairs, & a large area mat for outside. This home built in 2019 is one of the most recognizable homes in Old Homosassa. Across from the well known and often photographed twin roosters on Mason Creek this home is located within private protected nature preserve and wetland management land. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, laundry area, second floor deck and game room. The property has three separate rentable spaces. The house, the loft and the studio. Booked together the property can host a total of 16 guests.

A fold out sleeper couch takes this from a 2 person cottage to 4 in just minutes. Parking is not an issue, even if you have a trailer.

Relax with family and friends at this beautiful property. Enjoy kayaking right from the dock on the property. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $75 additional pet fee per stay.
