The accommodation comprises a large sitting room, wood burning stove, king size bedroom with TV and large ensuite bathroom, with a bath and shower, private terrace overlooking the valley. NO KITCHEN. All rooms very bright and airy (all rooms dual aspect windows) with a kitchen flooded with light with french doors opening out onto the 1/3 acre garden and surrounded by fields. Cottage is short level walk to Colyton which has 3 pubs, 4 cafes, chippy, butcher, 2 small supermarket, gym, a post office, library, hairdressers, garden centre, lovely walks, a river, 2 football pitches, tennis courts etc

Just 7 minutes from m5 jcn 29 and Exeter airport or a 12 minute walk from Whimple train station. Exeter has great tourist facilities and restaurants. Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.
