Bedroom has two queen beds, TV, and large desk. Located 8 minutes from downtown Gig Harbor waterfront, shopping, dining, YMCA, St. Anthony Hospital and Hwy 16. Walk the waterfront or one of many local trails. Recreation: kayak, canoe and SUP rentals, sail boat and gondola tours. Horseshoe Lake public beach and Kopachuck State Park.

Enjoy our beautiful and updated cozy studio above the garage with a private entrance. Complete with a queen bed and a futon/couch, tables and chairs, smart TV with DVD player, fast wifi, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, sink, dishes, coffee maker, coffee, blender, toaster, water kettle and a single burner hot plate. Perfect for a couple and possibly 1-2 small children. There is even a play structure and secret pathway for kids to find treasures! We have 27 grandchildren so we love kids!

The Waterwheel at Black Pearl — a private over-water retreat on Dyes Inlet, with its own sauna, king bedroom, and waterfront deck. Wake to the sound of the working waterwheel just outside, or step straight down to the beach. The private lower level of The Helm, available standalone when The Helm is unbooked. Full resort amenities included: private beach, kayaks, paddleboards, beachside firepit, and pickleball court. Part of the Black Pearl Chico Collection — The Loft available separately.
