Look out northwards from the rooftop terrace to the Columbia River and Washington mountains, with trains occasionally rumbling by below. Fill the industrial-style interior of soaring ceilings and century-old pillars with the sounds of vintage vinyl. Please inform yourself on updates for Covid 19 in Hood River County prior to travel. License #678 Cool Industrial feel, cement floors, soaring ceilings, 100 year old brick and cement pillars. Modern yet cozy furnishings. There a record player with vintage vinyl. Gourmet kitchen. Fun, hip vibe, right in the middle of town. Walk to everything. The roof top deck is everyone’s favorite. Guests will have access to the entire loft. You'll have street parking permits as well as access to the garage to store bicycles and other important items. We don't provide access to the garage for automobiles due to the risk of providing garage door opener and tight corner for parking (you'll see what we mean). I’m here if you need me. Sense the industrial past of this location by the old train tracks in the center of downtown. Go for a run in the nearby waterfront park, with shops, restaurants, and breweries also nearby. Hit the ski slopes at Mount Hood, only 30 minutes away. Parking for our loft is best just right on the street. We offer meter passes for street parking. It is very important to remember to return these passes upon your departure so the next guests will also have free parking. There is a fine for losing or leaving with the parking passes and not returning them to the loft upon your check out. Walking distance to everything in downtown Hood River and the Columbia River. Great cafes, breweries, wine tasting rooms, and restaurants just minutes away. Double Mountain Brewery and Full Sail Brewery are a block away.

Private Suite, Best View in the Gorge

You have the entire ground floor, a two-room suite with large window views of Mt. Hood & the Columbia River. Windsurfers, kiters & sailboats zip across the river right below the hot tub & patio. Level 2 EV charging station. The bedroom has a TV & comfortable queen bed. The TV room has a gas fireplace & 46-inch TV. Our food prep area has a microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker & fridge. It does not have a sink or stove. White Salmon is 3/4 mile and Hood River is 2 miles, across the river.

Please note: The studio is in an owner-occupied home, but the Airbnb is private with no shared spaces.

Looking over the rooftops of downtown straight towards the spit, the 180 degree view extends west beyond the mouth of the White Salmon River, and east to the Hood River Bridge. Little Avalon

This newly upgraded family cottage has been a comfortably living accommodations for our kids and parent when needed. We were able to upgrade it with new floors, bathroom and kitchen for our new Airbnb guest to come stay and enjoy our wonderful Gorge. In this setting you are surrounded by the locals and we are just a 1/4 of an acre away. The kitchen has all the amenities and if you don't like coffee the quick way there is a coffee pot and french press for your coffee desires.

Secluded White Salmon River Cabin

A small, cozy cabin perched above the White Salmon River, just minutes from town. Enjoy the expansive 180 degree views from your private little forest oasis or take advantage of the central location to explore all The Gorge has to offer. We've recently renovated this private retreat to keep our visiting friends and family comfortable. Our cozy 1 bedroom (queen bed) cabin is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a relaxing escape. Located on 26 acres where deer and turkey roam. Just a few minutes away from I-84 and Hood River. Please be aware that a 4WD vehicle may be required for accessing the property during the snowy season of December, January and February.
