Step out the front door and you are at the community park and playground. Walk 2 minutes to the community beach or 5 minutes to the start of 7 miles of hiking trails. Golf is less than 5 minutes' drive and skiing is 25 minutes away. Breathtaking fall foliage, and snowmobiling and ice fishing in winter.

Have fun with the whole family at this classically restored home. Pat's Peak is next door (it's 500' up to their driveway and we provide a heavy duty trolly to pull your gear). So you can maximize your time on the slopes without having to drive anywhere. Make s'mores at the fire pit outside or have a glass of wine by the fireplace (electric) inside. There are plenty of golf courses, hiking trails, lakes and rivers nearby. We are on the Currier & Ives byway so plan your leaf peeping trip now.

Come and enjoy a relaxing stay at our peaceful cottage on Daniels Lake. The small, recently-renovated home is in a rural setting but close to restaurants, shopping, parks, ski slopes, golf courses, lakes and quaint New England villages. The large deck has a gorgeous view of the lake. Four kayaks, two canoes, standup paddle board and pedal boat are available to use on the lake which is known for its good fishing. Two bedrooms, dining room and living room overlook the lake and woods.

The Concordian - Walk to White Park, Downtown, UNH

A quiet and beautiful updated second-floor apartment steps away from downtown Concord. The apartment is attached to a historic 1800’s New Englander home and has a fully renovated bathroom (as of 12/1/24!), full kitchen, one bedroom, a living/dining room with a pullout mattress with topper, plus two walk-in closets. Additionally, we provide air conditioning, high-speed internet, and Netflix for guests. The space is professionally cleaned AND linens are professionally laundered!

Lucy the Caboose is a truly unique tiny house experience in a reproduction 1880s caboose in a woodsy, serene setting. You can almost sense the rhythm of the rails as you drift off to sleep in the queen bed in the cupola. Lucy, built 2019, looks and feels like a 19th C., narrow-gauge caboose.
